How much is it? $500 (includes Friday thru Sunday with Thursday setup and Monday teardown in a 4,000 sqft space… and no, you don’t have to utilize the full 4,000 sqft). Each additional day is $50. Perfect for adding a Monday for a long weekend! Rent the pop-up shop space for one week for $700 (includes extra days for set-up and teardown).
What do I need? Submit an application! Once you’re approved, you’ll need to meet insurance requirements and fill out an Event Agreement form for the length of your stay. Don’t know what to do about super short term insurance? We have someone who can help with that. You’re not in this alone.
Are there other benefits? You get the added benefit of promotion through Ashley Park’s website and social media channels. You get to test the waters without a lot of the added overhead cost associated with starting your own business. You get other business-owner neighbors who’ve been here a while and know the tricks of the trade. When you’re ready to take the plunge, it doesn’t have to be a long term commitment. Many people start their business here with a 13 month lease, and we can connect you with people who can make that happen.
